  • Try to put yourself in other people’s shoes and see situations from their point of view.

Motivation is the last step in promoting emotional health. When we are motivated, we are committed and optimistic. Those with higher emotional intelligence often have better job performance and school performance. Even if you’re no longer in school or have retired from work, there are plenty of ways to stay motivated!
