"I started using Because overnight pads years ago and loved them for their softness and absorbency. Then they were not enough so I switched to Prevail which work but not as nice. I love being back to Because pads. I need the larger end in front as most accidents are overflow to the front. The fit is perfect and somehow the feel of these pads makes me more aware of when I have to use the bathroom. I didn't realize Because had this type pad until recently and love it. They do cover 12 hours."
