Your trial should arrive in 5-7 days, though we are experiencing some delivery delays related to Covid-19.
16 days. We’ll email and text you 3 business days before your first auto-ship refill to make sure you’re happy with the products you tried. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume you’re all set, and your first refill order will auto-ship in 16 days. You can always adjust your refill timing, quantity, and products on Your Account page.
The shipping fee is just for the initial trial box - after that, shipping is FREE for orders above $15. We charge this initial fee as some people have taken advantage of our free samples in the past.
You are in full control. You are always free to change products, quantities, shipping dates, pause or cancel auto-ship at any time. We’ll always email you 3 business days before your next refill in case you want to make any changes.

Shipping

We charge $2.99 for the initial trial order. Shipping is always free on orders over $15, whether it is a one-time purchase or subscription.
We currently only ship within the US. Want us to ship to your country? Please email us at partner@becausemarket.com and let us know.
We currently ship using FedEx SmartPost and DHL. It generally takes 3 to 7 business days depending on where you live. We provide a tracking link and send shipment updates via email and text so you’ll always know when to expect your trial or order.
We proudly accept most armed forces addresses, although shipping times may vary. Just follow the regular checkout process and enter your appropriate APO/FPO/DPO address in the shipping section. Thank you, on behalf of Because, for serving our country!
No - you do not need to be home. Shipments don’t require a signature.
The USPS does provide a mail forwarding service, but we can only guarantee delivery to the shipping address we have on file. Address changes can be made at any time from your Because Account Portal page.

Cancellations and Returns

Please reach out to help@becausemarket.com. Returned items must be in new and unopened condition and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only, within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Our products work for all types of incontinence! Absorbencies range from as low as 6 ounces for our light pads to up to more than 50 ounces for Overnight underwear.
Many of our customers combine lower absorbency products with higher absorbency products so that they can manage their incontinence depending on where they are, the time of day or depending on how their body is working at that moment. So, no matter the situation we have a product, or a combination of products, that is right for you.
Yes - we've engineered them for maximum comfort, softness, and durability. We listen to what our customers say and make sure that we have soft topsheets (the part that is next to your body) and focus on making sure seams are on the outside of bladder control underwear so that the chances of rubbing are reduced.
Yes, our products all absorb quickly but it's not just about rapid absorption - you also want products that protect you from leaks. Our Underwear have double leak guards around the leg openings to provide an extra layer of protection. Our Because Premium Pads feature side leak guards to make sure that even a wet pad can still stop leaks. Finally, you want products that don’t make you feel wet when you’re asleep or before you can make a change. Our products are all designed to stay dry and draw the moisture away from your body quickly, keeping you dry.

Your bladder protection underwear should fit snugly but should not rub or chafe. All our underwear comes folded. Unfold the underwear. Once unfolded put your hand into the underwear top and loosen the front from the back. The easiest way to put the underwear on is to sit down and place both your right and left hand into the underwear, holding them open wide enough to slide your legs through the leg holes. Pull up until you reach your knees, then stand up and gently pull the underwear up. Make sure the elasticized top is fully extended.

You also want to make sure that the bladder protection pad in the underwear is centered between your legs. The front and back coverage of the protective pad should be equal - adjust the underwear until it feels comfortable. All of our maximum and overnight underwear have double leak guards. Make sure these are not rubbing and are positioned comfortably. You may want to run your fingers between the underwear and your skin to make sure it's positioned comfortably and not doubled over. If the leak guard is rubbing, try going up a size.

Most of our underwear has the size marked on the back of the underwear, but if you need to make sure the back of the underwear should have a little bit of extra material to make sure the underwear covers you in the back.

All our bladder protection pads and guards have a sticky side. To use, remove the cover from the sticky side and position the sticky side down in your underwear. Remove and replace as needed. If you are using bladder protection pads or guard within disposable bladder protection underwear to increase absorbency, the sticky back may damage the underwear. You can try applying a little body powder to the sticky backing to reduce the stickiness.

Because has boosters! Boosters are designed to increase the absorbency of your bladder protection underwear. Boosters can significantly increase the total absorbency of the bladder protection underwear. Customers often mention they use pads or guards to increase the absorbency of their disposable bladder protection underwear. This is a great option for many customers, especially during the day. Boosters work best for overnight uses as they are designed to offer an additional layer of full coverage within your bladder protection underwear.

Our Because bladder protection underwear can be disposed of in any regular trash receptacle. To remove the underwear, tear the sides and pull the underwear off between the front of your legs. Fold the underwear over so that the core is covered by the sides and place it in the trash. Bladder control underwear is not flushable.

CBD

CBD is a naturally occuring component of the hemp plant. It is a non-intoxicating phytocannabinoid that offers a range of whole-body uses. CBD is just one of dozens of phytocannabinoids and other phytochemicals found in hemp. CBD is associated with the medicinal and healing properties of the plant that does not produce a high, unlike THC which is the psychoactive component. CBD is known to reduce anxiety, stress, inflammation and support our endocannabinoid system.
Our industrial hemp-derived products are produced from 100% organic plants grown in Colorado. Our oils are full spectrum and extracted from the whole plant. Many cheaper products on the market use hemp from China which lacks the quality, and efficacy of our products.
Because CBD is derived from 100% organic industrial hemp plants in Colorado by farmers growing in full compliance with the Colorado Department of Agriculture’s industrial hemp program. These plants contain less than 0.3% THC and are classified as industrial hemp under federal and state law.
No. Our products contain zero to less than 0.3% THC so there are no psychoactive effects.
Yes! Each batch of our products is 3rd party lab tested and comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA). We are proud of the purity and quality of our products and are happy to provide these documents to you.
There is a small chance that our full spectrum tinctures could show up on a test with trace amounts of THC (less than 0.3%). This is extremely unlikely but we suggest you consult a physician if this is a concern.
We suggest storing your Because CBD in a cool, dark place away from humidity. It should last for up to 1 year.
