Yes. It fits any brand of incontinence underwear, so you can keep the pull-up you like. It isn't made for regular underwear.

Leaking at the sides?

It's almost always placement. Keep the booster's edges inside the leak guards and center it where you need it most. A snug pull-up helps too.

How is a booster different from a bladder pad?

A booster goes inside a pull-up and has no plastic back, so anything extra flows through to the pull-up. A bladder pad goes in your own underwear and has a waterproof back.
