Overnight Incontinence Underwear & Bladder Leak Pads

Overnight is a different problem from daytime, and it is the reason a product that works perfectly all day can still fail at 3am.

Why overnight products are built differently

Two things change when you lie down. Volume accumulates over eight hours or more without a change, and liquid spreads sideways rather than pooling in the middle. That is why overnight products carry both a higher absorbency rating and reinforced leak guards along the leg openings. A daytime product with the same stated capacity can still leak at the sides overnight, because the capacity is in the wrong place.

Layering for a full night

If a single product is not lasting the night, add capacity rather than sizing up:

  • Start with an overnight-rated pull-on or brief that fits correctly at the legs.
  • Add a booster pad inside it. Because boosters have no waterproof backing, so once saturated liquid passes through into the garment beneath - and you can change the booster alone rather than the whole product.
  • Put an underpad on the bed as a backup layer, so an unusually heavy night does not reach the mattress.

Sizing up is the wrong move: a garment too large for the body leaks at the leg openings no matter how much it can hold.

Common questions

Should I change during the night?

The aim of an overnight product is that you do not have to. If you are waking to change, add a booster before moving to a larger size or a different product line.

Why am I leaking overnight but not during the day?

Almost always leg-opening fit rather than capacity. Lying down redistributes liquid sideways, so a gap at the thigh that never matters when upright becomes the escape route at night.

How do I find the right size?

Measure around the widest part of your waist and hips, then match that measurement to the inch range shown on the product page. Size ranges are listed per product rather than as a single universal chart, because they differ between our product lines - a Large in one line is not the same measurement as a Large in another. Always read the inch range on the item itself.

What if my skin gets irritated?

Irritation usually comes from moisture sitting against skin rather than from the product itself. Change at the first sign of saturation, clean with a no-rinse cleanser or wipe rather than soap and water alone, and apply a zinc-oxide barrier cream before redressing. Because products are made without parabens, fragrance, lotion, chlorine or latex to reduce that risk.

Is overnight protection FSA or HSA eligible?

Most Because bladder protection is FSA and HSA eligible. Check the product page for the current eligibility flag before you buy.
