Getting Started with Because Market

How can I order?

There are three ways you can start with us! Choose the starter pack if you’d like to try the product first before any full shipments- your subscription will begin two weeks after you sign up.

Buy once if you’d like to place orders as needed, or start with a subscription right away with a plan customized just for you. You can always make changes and switch from subscribing to placing orders as needed. Visit becausemarket.com to order anytime.

Because we should fit into your life, not the other way around.

How do I order as needed or make one-time purchases?

To Buy Once, you can visit becausemarket.com, select the product you’d like to order under the category of your choice (you'll see "Bladder Protection", "Skin Care", etc.) and when you’re ready you can click “Buy Once”.

If you want to try the products before ordering a larger amount (and do not want the starter pack), we recommend you order the smallest quantity.

How do I reorder if I have made a one-time purchase in the past?

You can always reorder by getting access to your account here, or we would be happy to help at 855-231-6622, or [email protected].

How do I subscribe immediately?

To Subscribe, you can visit becausemarket.com, select the product you’d like to order under “Shop”, and when you’re ready you can click “Subscribe and Save”.

We offer special discount pricing for individuals ordering on subscription- the plans are very flexible and you can always make changes through your online account. \

Orders are shipped automatically and delivered discreetly to your door.

How does the starter pack work?

Choose the starter pack that works for you! Starter packs include: 3 pairs of disposable underwear + a pack of travel wipes, 20 pads + a pack of travel wipes, or 20 guards.

During the sign up process you’ll notice that we ask how many you use per day- that number will help us determine how many to send in your future orders!

Towards the end of the sign up process we notify you of the pricing for future orders and also provide details on your trial period, which is 2 weeks. The trial period starts the day you sign up.

If the first product doesn't suit your needs, no worries. You can always request to try a different product in a new starter pack.

Because one size and one product doesn't fit every situation.

Can I get the starter pack without a subscription?

No, we send out the starter pack so you can try them out prior to any full orders being sent. We just ask that you let us know how they work for you during the trial period.

You can always try other products in a new starter pack, make changes to your future orders, or cancel anytime during the trial period!

I am buying for myself and another person- can we use the same account and sign up info?

We recommend that you place two separate orders with different names and two different email addresses when you sign up.

Because people's needs and routines are personal and unique.

How do I get access to my online account?

How do I add/remove items from my order?

You can use your online account to add or remove products from your subscription, or make changes to your account. To access your online account simply click here and input your email address- we'll send an email with the link.

  1. Open the “Access Your Account” email from us in your inbox
  2. Click the “Access Account” button from your email
  3. Once your Because Account loads, you can “Edit” your current subscription by changing the quantity, size, color, etc. or swapping the products. 
  4. If you want to add new products to an existing subscription, simply:
  5. Click on one of the categories at the top (bladder protection, personal care, supplements, etc.)
  6. Find the product you want to add
  7. Choose whether you want to receive the new product as part of your subscription, trial the new product, or simply purchase it once
  8. Add it to your cart 
  9. Check out as normal

How do I switch products?

You can use your online account to adjust your products, order dates, or make changes to your account. To access your online account simply click here and input your email address-we’ll send you an email with the link.

  2. Click the “Access Account” button from your email.
  3. Once your Because Account loads, click “Edit” in the box under “Subscription details”
  4. When the screen loads, choose your new desired size, quantity, color, or product
  5. Click “Update” or “Swap”

You can also email us and we would be happy to help you. We have an assortment of products and sizes available and want you to be happy! You’ll get an email and text (if enabled) confirming any changes.​​​​​​​​​

How can I change the quantity/size?

You can use your online account to adjust your products, order dates, or make changes to your account. To access your online account simply click here and input your email address- we’ll send you an email with the link.

  2. Click the “Access Account” button from your email
  3. Once your Because Account loads, click “Edit” in the box under “Subscription details”
  4. When the screen loads, choose your new desired size and/or quantity

How can I skip an order?

You can use your online account to adjust your products, order dates, or make changes to your account. To access your online account simply click here and input your email address- we'll send you an email with the link.

  3. Once your Because Account loads, click “Skip order” at the top of the screen
  4. When the popup loads, click “Confirm”

How do I change my shipping address?

You can use your online account to make changes to your account. To access your online account simply click here and input your email address- we'll send you an email with the link.

  1. Open the “Access Your Account” email from us in your inbox
  2. Click the “Access account” button from your email
  3. Once your Because Account loads, scroll down till you see the box titled “Shipping Address”
  4. Click “Edit”
  5. Type in your new address and click “Confirm”

How do I update my payment information?

You can use your online account to update your payment information To access your online account simply click here - we'll send you an email with the link.

  1. Open the “Access Your Account” email from us in your inbox.
  2. Click the “Access account” button from your email.
  3. Once your Because Account loads, scroll down until you see the box titled “Payment details”
  4. Click “Update”
  5. When you receive an email titled “Update your payment method for Because Market”, open the email and click “Confirm payment information”

Where are my subscription settings?

All of your settings are available on your online account where you can make changes such as shipment dates, address, payment details, subscription products and more.

What if I run out of something before my next order?

You can use your online account to easily pull forward a shipment and make other changes to your subscription. To access your online account simply click here and input your email address- we'll send you an email with the link.

  1. Open the “Access Your Account” email from us in your inbox
  2. Click the “Access Account” button from your email
  3. Once your Because Account loads, click “Order Now” on the top of the screen
  4. When the popup loads, click “Confirm”
  5. Alternatively, you can go to the product on the site, add it to cart, and check out as normal.

Where can I find my order history?

Shipping & Payments

How can I pay?

We accept all major debit/credit cards as well as PayPal- for Auto-Ship orders.

When will I be billed?

You'll be billed the day we process your order. You can view or change your bill date through your online account. To get access to your online account, simply click here.

Is there a shipping fee?

We charge $2.99 for shipping the initial starter pack order. Shipping is always free on orders over $75, whether it is a one-time purchase or subscription. Any order under $75 will be subject to a shipping fee of $7.99.

Orders under $25 from Alaska or Hawaii will be subject to a $14.99 shipping fee.

Orders over $25 from Alaska or Hawaii will be subject to a $12 shipping fee.

How long does shipping take?

We currently ship using FedEx SmartPost and DHL. It generally takes 7-10 business days depending on where you live. We provide a tracking link and send shipment updates via email and text so you’ll always know when to expect your trial or order.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

No, you do not. Shipments do not require a signature!

Will my shipments be forwarded if I move?

The USPS does provide a mail forwarding service, but we can only guarantee delivery to the shipping address we have on file. If you are moving, please notify us and provide us with your new address 3 days prior to your order date.

How can I track my order?

We provide a tracking link and send shipment updates via email and text so you’ll always know when to expect your trial or order. Order tracking is now conveniently on your online account. To access your Because Account simply click here.

Can I get my order shipped now?

Yes! Please send us an email at [email protected] and we would be happy to ship your order ASAP. You can also use your online account to make this change directly. To access your online account simply click here.

Can orders be canceled once they are processed?

Once you have been charged for an order, we are unable to cancel it.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Please reach out to [email protected] for a return authorization. Returns are accepted within 30 days of order processing. Returned items must be in new and unopened condition. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only (minus the shipping fee), after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Returns sent without prior authorization, including refused packages, will not be accepted. Return labels are not provided.
