Getting Started with Because Market
How can I order?
There are three ways you can start with us! Choose the starter pack if youād like to try the product first before any full shipments- your subscription will begin two weeks after you sign up. Buy once if youād like to place orders as needed, or start with a subscription right away with a plan customized just for you. You can always make changes and switch from subscribing to placing orders as needed.
Because we should fit into your life, not the other way around.
How do I order as needed or make one-time purchases?
To Buy Once, you can visit becausemarket.com, select the product youād like to order under the category of your choice (you'll see "Bladder Protection", "Skin Care", etc.) and when youāre ready you can click āBuy Onceā. If you want to try the products before ordering a larger amount (and do not want the starter pack), we recommend you order the smallest quantity.
How do I reorder if I have made a one-time purchase in the past?

How do I subscribe immediately?
To Subscribe, you can visit becausemarket.com, select the product youād like to order under āShopā, and when youāre ready you can click āSubscribe and Saveā. We offer special discount pricing for individuals ordering on subscription- the plans are very flexible and you can always make changes through your online account. Orders are shipped automatically and delivered discreetly to your door.
How does the starter pack work?
The starter pack comes with 3-30 pieces of one product for you to try before any full orders (3 Underwear, or 20 Pads, or 30 Guards). During the sign up process youāll notice that we ask how many you use per day- that number will help us determine how many to send in your future orders! Towards the end of the sign up process we notify you of the pricing for future orders and also provide details on your trial period, which is 2 weeks. The trial period starts the day you sign up.
If the first product doesn't suit your needs, no worries. You can always request to try a different product in a new starter pack.

Can I get a starter pack without a subscription?
No, we send out the starter pack so you can try them out prior to any full orders being sent. We just ask that you let us know how they work for you during the trial period. You can always try other products in a new starter pack, make changes to your future orders, or cancel anytime during the trial period!

Are your products biodegradable?
Portions of the absorbent core may break down in the right conditions but like many hygiene products, our incontinence products are disposable and should be placed in household waste. You can always learn more about our sustainability efforts here.

Are your Bladder Protection Products soft?
Yes - we've engineered them for maximum comfort, softness, and durability. We listen to what our customers say and make sure that we have soft topsheets (the part that is next to your body) and focus on making sure seams are on the outside of bladder control underwear so that the chances of rubbing are reduced.
Are your Bladder Protection Products form-fitting?
We have a variety of sizes for all body types. We offer different underwear, pad and guard designs so that you can find something that works for your body. Our products work for all types of incontinence! Absorbencies range from as low as one cup of liquid for our light pads to up to six cups Overnight underwear.
Many of our customers combine lower absorbency products with higher absorbency products so that they can manage their incontinence depending on where they are, the time of day or depending on how their body is working at that moment. So, no matter the situation we have a product, or a combination of products, that is right for you.
Do they absorb quickly?
Yes, our products all absorb quickly but it's not just about rapid absorption - you also want products that protect you from leaks. Our Underwear have double leak guards around the leg openings to provide an extra layer of protection. Our Because Premium Pads feature side leak guards to make sure that even a wet pad can still stop leaks. Finally, you want products that donāt make you feel wet when youāre asleep or before you can make a change. Our products are all designed to stay dry and draw the moisture away from your body quickly, keeping you dry.
How do I put bladder protection underwear on?
Your bladder protection underwear should fit snugly but should not rub or chafe. All our underwear comes folded. Unfold the underwear. Once unfolded put your hand into the underwear top and loosen the front from the back. The easiest way to put the underwear on is to sit down and place both your right and left hand into the underwear, holding them open wide enough to slide your legs through the leg holes. Pull up until you reach your knees, then stand up and gently pull the underwear up. Make sure the elasticized top is fully extended.
You also want to make sure that the bladder protection pad in the underwear is centered between your legs. The front and back coverage of the protective pad should be equal - adjust the underwear until it feels comfortable. All of our maximum and overnight underwear have double leak guards. Make sure these are not rubbing and are positioned comfortably. You may want to run your fingers between the underwear and your skin to make sure it's positioned comfortably and not doubled over. If the leak guard is rubbing, try going up a size.
Most of our underwear has the size marked on the back of the underwear, but if you need to make sure the back of the underwear should have a little bit of extra material to make sure the underwear covers you in the back.
How do I use bladder protection pads or guards in my existing underwear?
All our bladder protection pads and guards have a sticky side. To use, remove the cover from the sticky side and position the sticky side down in your underwear. Remove and replace as needed. If you are using bladder protection pads or guard within disposable bladder protection underwear to increase absorbency, the sticky back may damage the underwear. You can try applying a little body powder to the sticky backing to reduce the stickiness.
I use your overnight underwear and I still need more protection, what can I do?
Because has boosters! Boosters are designed to increase the absorbency of your bladder protection underwear. Boosters can significantly increase the total absorbency of the bladder protection underwear. Search āboosterā on your account page or reach out to us at [email protected] and we can suggest the right option for your needs.
Customers often mention they use pads or guards to increase the absorbency of their disposable bladder protection underwear. This is a great option for many customers, especially during the day. Boosters work best for overnight uses as they are designed to offer an additional layer of full coverage within your bladder protection underwear.
How do I dispose of my bladder protection underwear?
Our Because bladder protection underwear can be disposed of in any regular trash receptacle. To remove the underwear, tear the sides and pull the underwear off between the front of your legs. Fold the underwear over so that the core is covered by the sides and place it in the trash. Bladder control underwear is not flushable.

Refunds and Returns
How do I return an order?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of order processing. Returned items must be in new and unopened condition. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only (minus the handling fee), after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Returns sent without prior authorization, including refused packages, will not be accepted.

Shipping and Payments
How can I pay?
We accept all major debit/credit cards as well as PayPal- for Auto-Ship orders.
When will I be billed?
You'll be billed the day we process your order. You can view ord change your bill date through your online account. To get access to your online account, simply click here.
How long does shipping take?
We currently ship using FedEx SmartPost and DHL. It generally takes 7-10 business days depending on where you live. We provide a tracking link and send shipment updates via email and text so youāll always know when to expect your trial or order.
Do you ship to Military addresses?
We proudly accept most armed forces addresses, although shipping times may vary. Just follow the regular checkout process and enter your appropriate APO/FPO/DPO address in the shipping section. Thank you, on behalf of Because, for serving our country!
Do I have to be home to receive my order?
No, you do not. Shipments do not require a signature!

The USPS does provide a mail forwarding service, but we can only guarantee delivery to the shipping address we have on file. If you are moving, please notify us and provide us with your new address 3 days prior to your order date.
