What’s the difference between Because Maximum Tabbed Briefs and Because Overnight Plus Underwear?
Because Maximum Tabbed Briefs are designed with large, refastenable side tabs to make them easier to put on, remove, and adjust to your body shape.
Because Overnight Plus Underwear are pull up style incontinence underwear that feature tear-away sides for removal.
Because Maximum Tabbed Briefs are also a great option for those with limited mobility or those caring for others due to their easy dressing. Both products can absorb up to 6 cups of liquid.
How long can you wear incontinence underwear?
How long you can wear incontinence underwear depends on the absorbency level of the underwear and your specific needs. Some incontinence underwear is designed for light to moderate leaks, while others like Because brand's overnight absorbency underwear is designed for heavier leaks and can be worn longer.
Generally, it's a good idea to change underwear as soon as it becomes soiled to prevent skin irritation.
How do I tell which side is the front and which side is the back?
You can tell which side of Because underwear is the back by looking for the size indicator. The side with the size indicator is the back.
How should I choose the right size of incontinence underwear?
Choosing the right size of incontinence underwear is crucial for optimal comfort and effectiveness. To find the appropriate size, you should measure your waist and hip circumference and review our size chart to determine the right size.
Avoid choosing a size that is too tight, as it may lead to discomfort and create pressure points. On the other hand, selecting a size too large could result in inadequate protection and leakage.
A well-fitting incontinence garment should be snug but not overly tight, with proper coverage and containment for your specific body shape and needs.
Can you use period underwear for incontinence?
Period underwear and incontinence underwear share some similarities in terms of design, but they are very different when it comes to construction and absorbency levels.
Period underwear typically absorbs 25 mL of liquid, or one-tenth of a cup. Because incontinence underwear is designed to hold between 946 mL and 1400 mL of liquid, or 4-6 cups.
Individuals with moderate to heavier leaks should choose incontinence underwear over menstrual underwear if their goal is to prevent leaks and maintain proper hygiene and comfort.
These are completely different from the briefs and didn't work at all
"I bought these thinking it would be easier to change in the middle of the day without having to take my pants and shoes off in a public restroom. But they didn't work at all. Fortunately, I thought I should try them for the first time at home. The tabs weren't strong enough so I reinforced with packing tape. They are not fitted at all (no elastic like the briefs) and got lopsided and falling down. What a disaster. I will never be able to use any of the others in the package for anything unless we have a major earthquake and all commerce stops. I can't imagine who they would work for."

Love the product
"it does exactly what it says, if I had to interject feedback it would be the tabs. I guess in production they seem to not align correctly or there was this weird glue on one of the diapers but other than that, their great."
— Barbara B. (5/5)
Tab brief
"Being bedridden and when they get me for the wheelchair, I stay dry for several hours"
— Dennis B. (5/5)
Need more experience in putting
"Need more experience in putting it on as very different from underwear. Going to give it more experience."
— marjorie M. (5/5)
Best Out There!
"I like this product for my husband & it's the best as what it does."
— Kimberly R. (5/5)
I use them at night
"I use them at night when I need to be changed by an LNR> Handy for them to use. Fit is up to the user but protection is good."
— Susan B. (4/5)
Soft and Effective
"These are great for my mom. They’re comfortable for her and they hold a lot! No leaks. My only complaint is that the medium package should not have less in the pack than the large for the same price. Seems like it should be the other way around, or a lower price. The late is way too big for her."
— Monica (4/5)
Difficult to use
"Unable to figure out how to use them. The chat instructions on the web site did not work."
