Power on your hearing aid by pulling the battery door open using your fingernail. Remove the tab from the battery to activate it and ensure that the battery is inserted with the + sign facing the same side as the + symbol on the battery door. Close the battery door. To place it in the ear hold the tubing near the top and place over the ear. Gently push the ziptip/eartip into a clean ear canal (the red tube is for the right side, the blue is for the left) until it sits comfortably. Move the retention lock into the bowl of your ear.
To remove your hearing instrument, gently pull the tubing near the ziptip/eartip and guide the tip out of the ear canal. Lift up to remove the device from above the ear. Turn off the instrument by opening the battery door with your fingernail. The battery can remain inside. Store in a safe and dry place. It is important to keep your hearing aid clean; remove debris or wax from the sound tube and ziptip/eartip using the cleaning tool.

For returns or exchanges please reach out to help@becausemarket.com. Returned items must be in new and unopened condition and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only, within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

We offer special discount pricing for individuals ordering on subscription- the plans are very flexible and you can always make changes through your online account. Orders are shipped automatically and delivered discreetly to your door.

All of your settings are available on your online account where you can make changes such as shipment dates, address, payment details, subscription products and more.

Open the “Access Your Account” email from us in your inbox
Click the “Access Account” button from your email.
Once your Because Account loads, click “My Subscriptions” on the left hand navigation column.
When the screen loads, add or remove products.
Click “Update Item”.
