Most incontinence pads have a soft, absorbent core that quickly wick away moisture. They also feature a waterproof backing that prevents the absorbed liquid from leaking through to your clothing or bedding.
Incontinence pads are disposable and come in various absorbency levels. Because Incontinence Pads are available in three absorbency levels which range from 1 cup to 3 cups of liquid.
How often should I change incontinence pads?
The frequency of changing incontinence pads depends on the pad's absorbency level and the level of bladder leaks that the wearer experiences.
For light incontinence, you may be able to change the pad every few hours or as needed. For heavier leaks, you might need to change the pad more frequently to maintain skin health.
Overnight pads, designed for extended use, can typically last through the night without needing to be changed.
How do incontinence pads differ from menstrual pads?
While incontinence pads, menstrual pads, and panty liners may look similar, they are designed for different purposes. Incontinence pads absorb a rapid flow of urine very quickly and hold a lot of liquid. Menstrual pads are designed for a slow flow and do not hold as much liquid.
If you are experiencing bladder leaks and are using menstrual pads, you will likely not have adequate protection against leaks.

Reviews
I have been searching for pads that work
"I happened to see a coupon for a free opportunity try overnight pads and bladder leak pads. I did and have switched to Because products. Now I get BECAUSE, because they work. I was traveling in the UK for two weeks, and no one there had heard of these products, so I took another bag along and filled it with Because products. Thank you"

Perfect for sensitive skin
"Perfect for sensitive skin. There is no irritation or lingering chemical smell that seems to be coming from my body and not the pad (as happens with pads that have gel - an odor that seems to be due to a chemical having been absorbed into my body). The pad has a very secure adhesive strip (so much so that I only remove 1-2 inches of the backing at each end so it doesn't leave bits stuck to my underwear). The absorbency is very good (it holds quite a bit of fluid), and it is a good size (not too wide or long). Ordering is easy, shipping is prompt, and prices are reasonable. These are my regularly used all cotton pads and I recommend them."

Confident Comfort

These are my actual go
"These are my actual go pads away from home. I do where them with leak proof panties for extra protection in case I can't change right away. I use them at home if I am wearing long pants because they make it easier to change. . . I don't have to remove pants to change."
